You do not need to log in if you bought it from iTunes/Google Play. If the app does not recognize your purchase, you may need to use the Restore Purchase button on the paywall. Just make sure to use it on a device that has the same iTunes/Google account as you used to make the purchase.

If you meet the eligibility requirements for a refund, you can submit a refund request at refund@taskoob.com. We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Please note that all the payments made through iTunes/Google Play are managed and controlled by Apple/Google and we have no control on your payments. You may need to contact Apple/Google Support for any issues with your payments.
