How do I cancel my subscription?

If you bought the app through our website,  it's a one time payment and you won't get charged again. 

If you bought the app through iTunes or Google Play, follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription.

How do I change my workout schedule?
You can simply pick the days you want to workout, Tap on the "Setting" icon above "Workout Plan", and you can change your workout schedule.
What happens if I miss a workout?
If you skip a workout it will be automatically shifted to the next scheduled day. That means, If you don't mark a workout as complete, your future workouts will all be shifted to your next scheduled days.
I bought the app through iTunes/Google Play, how do I sign into the app?   

You do not need to log in if you bought it from iTunes/Google Play. If the app does not recognize your purchase, you may need to use the Restore Purchase button on the paywall. Just make sure to use it on a device that has the same iTunes/Google account as you used to make the purchase.

How do I get a refund?

If you meet the eligibility requirements for a refund, you can submit a refund request at refund@taskoob.com. We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Please note that all the payments made through iTunes/Google Play are managed and controlled by Apple/Google and we have no control on your payments. You may need to contact Apple/Google Support for any issues with your payments.
